The Gift of the Present – Finding Time looks at how we lose time and let life rush by and how we can slow things down again.
Weighting Around – Managing Your Weight combines a look at healthier eating with information on how our beliefs about ourselves affect our dietary habits, and how we can overcome this.

Sycamore Workshops are a great alternative to one-to-one therapy, or can work beautifully alongside it. The courses are different from the private sessions as they do not explore your personal issues and there is no personal therapy as such.

What they do instead is provide a safe environment to learn more about the way we work as human beings and to learn all kinds of ways to manage yourself and your emotions.

Above all the workshops are fun, small and easy to be a part of and are always much loved by those who attend.
