Hypnotherapy and More in Aberdeen

The hypnotherapy process is a gentle but powerful one which, together with your motivation, can help you relax more, change your behaviours, understand yourself better, and overcome difficulties which are getting in the way. Within my private practise, my services include Hypnotherapy Sessions, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and HypnoBirthing™.

I trained with both the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and the Harvest Clinic of Hypnotherapy and am currently a supervisor and tutor for the LCCH. I work from my private practise near Inverurie (close to Aberdeen) and am an Associate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).

In addition to my private hypnotherapy practise in the Aberdeen area, I offer a series of personal development, life coaching and weight management workshops. I also work with Cancer Link Aberdeen and North (CLAN), presenting workshops to support groups and national conferences. Bursary places on personal development workshops are available for CLAN clients and volunteers.
