The hypnotherapeutic process is a gentle but powerful one which, together with your motivation, can help you relax more, change your behaviours, understand yourself better, and overcome difficulties which are getting in the way. I have trained with both the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and the Harvest Clinic of Hypnotherapy and am currently a supervisor and tutor for the LCCH. I work from my private practise near Inverurie in Aberdeenshire and am an Associate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).

In addition to private practise, I also offer a series of personal development and stress management workshops for business and independent groups. These workshops do not involve personal therapy or hypnotherapy directly but are designed based on my understanding of how the human mind works.
